What is KĪ IV, and how does your mobile IV service work?
KĪ IV is a mobile IV hydration and wellness service that brings IV therapy directly to you, whether you are at home, at work, or hosting an event anywhere on Oʻahu. We come to your location, set up a clean and professional space, review your intake and goals, and then administer a drip from our menu of IV blends. When your treatment is done, we clean up and let you get back to your day feeling refreshed and supported.
Who administers the IV drips?
All IV treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals, including registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and paramedics who are experienced in IV therapy and patient care. You can relax knowing you are in safe, qualified hands throughout your session.
How do I book an appointment, and what days are you available?

We operate seven days a week, with appointments typically available from morning through early evening. For best availability, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Same day appointments may be possible, depending on our schedule.
What areas of O‘ahu do you currently serve?
We serve most areas across O‘ahu, including Honolulu, Waikīkī, Kailua, Kāne‘ohe, Hawai‘i Kai, and Mānoa. There may be a small travel fee for appointments in outer areas or more remote locations, so please ask when booking and we will provide a clear quote.
What should I expect during a KĪ IV session?
Here is how a typical session works:

Arrival and Setup:
Your medical professional arrives at your location with all the necessary equipment and chooses a clean, comfortable spot to set up. -
Screening:
You will review your completed health questionnaire and your selected IV drip with your provider, and they will answer any questions before starting. -
Insertion and Drip:
The IV is placed as comfortably as possible, and your infusion begins while you relax. Most clients sit back, watch TV, listen to music, or chat during the drip. -
Wrap-Up and Payment:
Once the infusion is complete, the IV line is removed and your provider makes sure you are feeling stable and well. The area is cleaned up, and payment is finalized with your provider before they leave.
How long does a session take from start to finish?
Most appointments take about 45 to 60 minutes total, depending on the type of IV and your specific needs. The infusion itself lasts approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
How much does each IV drip cost, and how do I pay?

Do I need to fill out any medical forms before my appointment?
Yes. We ask each client to complete a short medical waiver and health questionnaire prior to your session. This helps us understand your medical history, allergies, and any current conditions, so our licensed professionals can safely tailor your IV therapy. If you’re taking prescription medications or have an underlying medical condition, we recommend getting medical clearance from your healthcare provider prior to treatment. Our providers are trained in emergency response, carry medications to manage allergic reactions, and maintain current CPR certification.
Are there any side effects or reasons someone shouldn’t get an IV?
IV therapy is generally well tolerated. Some individuals may experience mild side effects such as slight bruising, tenderness at the injection site, or occasional mild nausea. Certain medical conditions, such as kidney disease or electrolyte imbalances, may make IV therapy inappropriate for some individuals. During your health screening, we carefully review your medical history to ensure IV therapy is safe and appropriate for you.
How should I prepare before and care for myself after my IV?
Before your Appointment:
- Eat a light meal
- Drink some water
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your arm
Aftercare:
- Continue hydrating, take it easy for an hour or so after your drip, and enjoy the benefits of improved hydration and energy
- Avoid strenuous activity immediately afterward if you feel lightheaded
- To reduce the risk of infection, please avoid open bodies of water (such as oceans, lakes, or pools) immediately following your infusion
What if you cannot find a vein that works?
If this happens we may be able to provide some symptom relief via intramuscular injections.
